Make your next commercial architectural rendering project that much easier by choosing a professional 3D service company known for its stunning cinematic, photo-realistic renderings. We know there are many commercial 3D firms to choose from, and many of them are quite good. So why use The Burroughs Group for your next commercial rendering building project? Because it's a smart move that will save you time and money. We're the proverbial sweet-spot in low cost vs.high quality balancing act. Our commercial rendering projects start at just $950, based on your complete 3D file and site plan.
We've found that a lot of architects and builders only need one or two shots of their completed commercial building to show their clients exactly what the finished building will look like. For a commercial project, they want too see people and cars as a scaling reference, along with real-world materials and landscaping that matches their site plan. This is exactly what we do -- all starting at just $950.
Commercial architectural renderings with an artistic flair
We know you need your buildings to pop, to stand out and get noticed. Your clients need to say, "Wow! That looks great. Let's build it!" That can't happen without an artist's eye evaluating every nuance, shadow and detail. From camera angle to the leaf-texture on your trees, we use every trick the book to give you the best-looking, most marketing-savvy and client-pleasing architectural render you can find. And by "tricks," we do mean tricks.
We've modified our workflow to speed up landscape creation by a factor of 10. This translates into huge savings for our clients. This wasn't possible even several years ago, but thanks to improvements in rendering engines, software and hardware, what once took us a week to do, now can take as little as half a day. We have tested and use extensively the xGen plug-in that allows us to place thousands of high-quality, pre-built landscaping details with a click of a button. Okay, sometimes three clicks of a button, but nonetheless, combined with using an Alembic cache for rendering, custom landscaping has never looked so good.
We cut against the grain
If you want to stand out in a crowd, wear a really tall hat, or put on a gorilla suit. The 800lb rendering-gorilla in the room is that most companies use the same software, the same rendering engine, the same textures, and the same camera angles. What you get is a cookie-cutter render that looks, unsurprisingly, like everyone else. We like wearing tall (and many) hats. Our 3D package of choice is best know for its cinematic rendering capabilities. Maya is the professional choice for making 100 million dollar movies. So why not use it to make 100 million dollar architectural projects? Well, we do. We like the fact that the vast majority of studios use exactly the same thing. It's their loss, but your gain.
No 3D file to send us? No problem
We can make anything from anything. Paper napkin sketch to CAD elevation drawings, whatever you have, we can turn into stunning finished renders that capture your vision perfectly. In addition to Maya, we use Zbrush, Vue, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a whole host of 3D illustration and animation plug-ins. All to help bring your vision to life.
Our extended 3D services include:
- Custom 3D modeling: Whatever prop, amenity, landscape or building design you need, we can do it
- Custom texturing: We only use proper architecturally-accurate, photo-realistic materials
- Custom lighting: Not everyone needs a night shot, or accurate lighting simulations for interiors, but if you do, we can deliver.
- Custom marketing materials: Typically, our clients need presentation booklets, signs, web graphics, etc. in order to sell their building project. With 20+ years experience in doing just that with hundreds of clients, you're in good hands.
- One studio for all this? Yes. We live and work in Boise, Idaho. We never sub out our work, and if you're in the area, we'll come to you at your convenience.
